We encourage you to review these terms to ensure a seamless experience with every appointment. Fresh Deep Cleaning – Terms and Conditions 1. Introduction Welcome to Fresh Deep Cleaning. By booking our cleaning services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a smooth and professional experience for both our clients and our cleaning team. 2. Services Provided Fresh Deep Cleaning provides residential and commercial cleaning services, including but not limited to: Standard cleaning Deep cleaning Move-in/move-out cleaning Post-construction cleaning Airbnb and rental turnover cleaning All services will be performed by trained cleaning professionals using approved cleaning supplies and equipment, unless otherwise specified. 3. Booking and Payment All bookings must be confirmed with a valid payment method. Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, card, or electronic payment (such as Zelle, PayPal, or Venmo). Prices are based on the details provided by the client. If the condition or size of the property differs significantly, additional charges may apply. 4. Cancellation Policy We understand that plans can change; however, our staff and scheduling depend on confirmed appointments. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled cleaning appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment or at the time of arrival (on-site) will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the total scheduled service amount. Missed appointments or failure to provide access to the property will also result in a 50% charge. Repeated cancellations may result in refusal of future service. 5. Satisfaction Guarantee We strive to deliver the highest quality cleaning services. If you are not satisfied with any area cleaned, please contact us within 24 hours of the service. We will return to re-clean the area at no additional cost. Refunds are not offered but corrections will be made when applicable. 6. Access to Property Clients must ensure that our cleaning team has safe and full access to the property at the scheduled time. If we are unable to access the property (e.g., locked doors, no key, or no one present), it will be treated as a same-day cancellation, and the 50% fee will apply. 7. Safety and Working Conditions Our cleaners reserve the right to leave any area they deem unsafe or unsanitary (e.g., presence of biohazards, pests, or unsafe structures). Fresh Deep Cleaning is not responsible for damage caused by unstable furniture, improperly installed fixtures, or pre-existing conditions. 8. Liability We are fully insured and take great care when handling your belongings. Fresh Deep Cleaning is not liable for items that are not properly secured, such as shelves, pictures, or fixtures. Any claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours after the cleaning service. 9. Privacy All client information is kept strictly confidential and used only for scheduling, billing, and service purposes. 10. Changes to Terms Fresh Deep Cleaning reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available upon request or on our website. By booking a service with Fresh Deep Cleaning, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
